I have the honour to transmit,
at the request of Messrs. Wilkinson and Grist, Solicitors,
in this Colony, the enclosed letter addressed to Your
Lordship by the gentlemen named asking that arrangements
may be made with the Portuguese Government for the reciprocal
enforcement of judgments of the Courts in Hongkong and
Macao.

Messrs. Wilkinson and Grist also express the hope that arrangements may be made for enforcing in Canton the judgments of the Supreme Court of Hongkong.
3.
I enclose copy of correspondence with Messrs. Wilkinson and Grist on the subject of the case cited in their letter to Your Lordship, and copies of two minutes written on the subject by the Attorney-General.
I also enclose copy of a letter
